Bikini Lab, the Gluten-Free laboratory
The project to create the "Bikini Lab" comes from the need to offer our customers the best in food making, techniques and choice of raw materials, ensuring a high quality standard.
At the end of their holidays, our guests always ask us to take home at least one of our gluten-free treats, for this reason, we decided to create a lab for gluten-free products that extend the pleasure of eating "good and safe" once at home and allow others to try our products.
The "Bikini Lab" was created as a research site for the preparation of homemade gluten-free products foods, where taste, tradition and adherence of the laws that govern this particular area, resulting in a unique experience for the palate.
Piadina, bread, cakes, pizza and biscuits are prepared in a way to ensure no food contamination. They are stored at room temperature and in the refrigerator, by our trained and experienced staff who work with passion and desire to provide good and safe food, because the "good" gluten-free is possibleif you know the secrets and techniques to do so.
Cakes for birthdays, christenings, communions, weddings and catering for any occasion can be booked in advance.
